Capital Deployment & Leasing Director Benelux

Bart Konings, Capital Deployment & Leasing Director Benelux, is responsible for (re)leasing existing properties and properties which are under development in the south of the Netherlands. Furthermore, he is in charge of identifying new development and investment opportunities.

Before joining Prologis, Konings worked as a Director Industrial & Logistics Agency at JLL. Within the JLL logistics team he was responsible for the activities in the provinces Noord-Holland and Flevoland. Before JLL, he worked at Colliers International, where he specialized in representing both landlords and tenants in the logistics sector. Earlier Konings held various positions at Kadans Science Partner.

Konings holds a master’s in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and a bachelor in Real Estate Management from the Avans University in Tilburg.
