Sale and leaseback
We are experts in sale and leaseback constructions for logistics real estate. In such a transaction, a customer who owns a logistics facility sells the property to us and rents it back for a certain period. This frees up capital for the customer, providing the opportunity to focus on business instead of real estate, while also allowing flexibility for future growth, downsizing or other changes to business operations.
