AMSTERDAM (September 30, 2016) – Prologis, Inc., the global leader in logistics real estate, today announced
that it will begin the development of a facility for DHL Supply Chain in the Netherlands.

A groundbreaking event was held today to officially start the project.

The facility will be located at the Het Klooster industrial park in Nieuwegein. The building will be BREEAM “Very
Good” accredited and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2017. Prologis currently owns three
facilities in the Utrecht region. With this expansion, Prologis increases its Utrecht portfolio to more than 100,000 square meters.

“We selected Nieuwegein due to its central location for national distribution for our customers. We can both offer our customers a Class‐A facility and accommodate our growth ambitions,” said Jan‐Willem de Jong, Business Unit Director at DHL Supply Chain.

Alderman of the municipality of Nieuwegein, Johan Gadella (Economic Affairs), said: “The importance of an
innovative partnership at the right location shows the increasing importance of business park Het Klooster in
national distribution. The park’s strategic location, its perfect accessibility and the extra supply of land for further growth together make it an ideal hub location for any premium brand.”

“This project highlights the fact that we have the right land in the right locations to meet our customers’ needs quickly and efficiently,” said Bram Verhoeven, country manager, Prologis Benelux.

Prologis is one of the leading providers of logistics real estate in the Benelux, with approximately 1.9 million
square meters of logistics and distribution space as of June 30, 2016.
