AMSTERDAM (3 May 2018) – Prologis, Inc., the global leader in logistics real estate, today announced that it has fully leased a 36,000 square meter state-of-the-art built-to-suit distribution facility DC6 in Venlo, at Prologis Park Venlo (Trade Port North).
Speculative Development
The distribution facility is a speculative development of 36,000 square meter, which started in September 2017 and was completed May 1st 2018. The new customer has signed the lease agreement before completion of the building and moved into the facility on 1 May 2018.
Future Development
To offer the market extra distribution space in Venlo Prologis can develop an additional 100,000 square meters of modern distribution facilities at Trade Port Noord Venlo. A building permit for construction has already been obtained.
Prologis Park Venlo is a modern logistics platform at Trade Port North and consists of seven state-of-the-art distribution facilities, including office and mezzanine floors covering a total of approximately 290,000 sqm.
