Prologis announces the appointment of Frederik Mertens as Capital Deployment & Leasing Director Benelux and Joris Van Mol as Real Estate and Customer Experience Manager Benelux. They will further strengthen the proximity with local customers as a key element in Prologis' continued growth strategy in Belgium.

Mertens will lead Prologis' leasing and capital deployment activities throughout Belgium. He will focus on identifying and developing new opportunities for customers in Belgium, to continue to provide them with logistics facilities and strategic hubs. Frederik has more than 20 years of experience and has held various positions at CBRE Global Investors, Cushman & Wakefield and more recently at Beerens Real Estate.

Joris Van Mol will be part of the Real Estate and Customer Experience team in the Benelux and manage the Belgian real estate portfolio and customer follow-up. The Antwerp native has been working in the real estate sector in Belgium for the past ten years. He first worked in various positions with the SCMS-Ceusters Group, before joining the Cobelpro team as a property manager.
