Wouter de Vries

Wouter de Vries serves as HR business partner for the European headquarters of Prologis in Amsterdam and for Northern Europe. He works with the management team to build and strengthen the company through organizational design, employee and leadership development, and talent management. De Vries partners with leadership on culture, change management and all people-related decisions. He is based at Prologis’ European headquarters in Amsterdam.

Previously, de Vries worked for the professional recruitment consultancy Robert Walters as senior consultant, advising international companies on recruitment strategies.

In 2014, de Vries earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational sciences at Utrecht University. Currently, he is finishing a master’s degree in management control at the Open University Amsterdam.
