Bram Verhoeven was appointed regional head Northern Europe, succeeding Thomas Karmann who held the role for the past six years.

Verhoeven stepped into his new role on July 1, 2018, and now oversees all Prologis activities in the Benelux, Germany and the Nordics. This includes new developments, customer relations and working with local development teams. He is also responsible for the performance of all operating properties in the Northern European region. “I’m looking forward to the tasks and challenges in my new role as regional head Northern Europe,” said Verhoeven. “I’ve known the markets and teams for years. Together we will grasp the opportunities this established market offers in the future.”

Verhoeven started with Prologis in 2006. Since 2011, he has been responsible for the Benelux market, and in 2016 he took over management of the Nordic markets. “Bram is highly talented and leads by example, and I am certain he will prove to be an outstanding leader of our Northern European business,” said Ben Bannatyne, president of Prologis Europe. “We would like to thank Thomas for his excellent contribution for Prologis in Northern Europe and his tireless efforts for the company.”
