We design our projects with long-term sustainability in mind. The Fokker Logistics Park, for example, is a sustainable high-quality venture designed for the future. During construction, we reused demolition materials from the former Fokker Aircrafts’ factory site and took various measures to reduce energy use in the future. The park was developed according to the most modern ecological standards to ensure resilience in the face of changing requirements for logistics facilities.
To demonstrate our commitment to environmental quality, we enlist independent institutions to check and certify our developments on a regular basis. We develop our facilities to achieve a high level of energy efficiency. Our benchmark is the globally accepted Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM).
