On February 1, Prologis opened a new office in Tilburg, in addition to the existing office in Amsterdam. The new office allows Prologis’ employees – in particular the Customer Experience Team for Benelux South – to collaborate more closely with customers and stakeholders in the south of the Netherlands. Being in the heart of the southern region will also help Prologis to further expand the portfolio, which is in line with its growth strategy in the region.
“By being close to the properties in the area, the additional office helps the Customer Experience Team for Benelux South to intensify its contacts and be right where the action is,” says Sander Breugelmans, SVP Regional Head Northern Europe. “With the expansion, the team is fully equipped to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients, to optimally serve their needs.”
The new office consists of eight workplaces, three meeting rooms and a communal lounge. The offices are designed to accommodate approximately 10 employees from all business areas, including facility management, construction operation management, real estate and customer experience management, leasing and capital deployment. The office is located directly adjacent to the A58 highway and in close proximity to the Prologis Logistics parks Tilburg, Eindhoven and Waalwijk.
