Prologis is proud to announce the appointment of Sander Breugelmans as the new country manager Prologis Benelux. He is the successor of Bram Verhoeven who held the position since 2011 and is now regional head Northern Europe.
Breugelmans has over 16 years of experience in real estate. After studying in the U.S. and beginning his career with several American real estate investment and advisory firms, he joined Prologis in 2006. Since the beginning of his career, Breugelmans has specialized as a transaction officer, closing large real estate contracts in various European countries. Over the last few years, as VP market officer, Breugelmans was responsible for the company’s development and acquisition efforts in the Benelux.
Verhoeven expressed his support: "Sander brings a lot of experience. His strong knowledge of real estate transactions and eye for developments at the strategic logistics hubs in the Benelux are extremely useful to support our strong growth ambitions.
