AMSTERDAM (26 February 2019) – Prologis, Inc., global leader in logistics real estate, today announced a multi-year lease agreement for 20,000 square meters with Staci Belgium, a leading specialist in detail picking since 1989.
20,000 square meters
Staci Belgium has been renting logistics space since 2008 at Boom DC1, which is part of Prologis Park Boom, situated at industrial park Krekelenberg. The park houses four units, offering modern distribution facilities across a total area of about 40,000 square meters. Staci Belgium has leased 20,000 square meters of this space. With the signing of the new contract, all the units are fully rented. Other customers in Boom include C&A and Selecta/Pelican Rouge.
Growing Flemish market demand

We now have only one building left available for rent, which is at our park in Willebroek. However, we also have expansion options for new developments in Boom, as well as at our parks in Tessenderlo and Tongeren.
