AMSTERDAM (7 November 2018) – Prologis, Inc., the global leader in logistics real estate, today announced a long-term lease agreement for approximately 8,000 square meters with Selecta/Pelican Rouge, a leading provider of high-grade coffees and coffee vending machines.
Boom DC1
In October, Selecta/Pelican Rouge moved to the Boom DC1 distribution facility, which is part of Prologis Park Boom at Krekelenberg industrial park. Boom DC1 comprises four units with a joint floor area of about 40,000 square meters.
Long-term partnership
