Jessica Pilkes

VP, Head of Asset Management, Northern Europe

Jessica Pilkes is VP, Head of Asset Management, Northern Europe at Prologis. Since 2024 she oversee all facets of Operations, Real Estate & Customer Experience, Leasing, Facility Management and Operations Construction Management in this role and works closely with the local teams in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Sweden.

Pilkes has over 12 years of experience in real estate. In 2010 she joined Prologis as a Property Manager Benelux. In 2017, she was appointed Director of Property Management Benelux, where she was responsible for the property management in the Benelux and had 89 assets under management, representing approximately 2.1 million square meters. In 2021 she was appointed Vice President, Real Estate and Customer Experience Lead Europe at Prologis, where she led the Real Estate & Customer Experience teams. In 2023, Pilkes was appointed as Country Manager Benelux. Previously, she was also active in asset management.

Pilkes holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and business administration from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam.
