Schiphol, October 2, 2025 – Schiphol has further cemented its role as an international logistics hub with the opening of a new, state-of-the-art distribution center spanning more than 23,000 sqm. Developed by Prologis for a leading global technology company, the facility combines sustainable construction principles with tailored solutions.
Sustainable and Future-Proof
Designed for a multinational in semiconductors and computing solutions, the distribution center is fully aligned with the company’s logistics processes. Safety, efficiency, and sustainability were central to the development. The building is BREEAM Very Good-certified, entirely gas-free, and constructed using circular façade materials and recycled steel. Green outdoor areas further enhance biodiversity and contribute to a healthy work environment.
In addition, the facility is pre-equipped for truck charging infrastructure and smart energy meters, making it easy to integrate future energy and mobility solutions.
