Desislava Pencheva

Desislava (Desi) Pencheva is FP&A Projects Director Europe at Prologis.

She joined Prologis in 2014 as Compliance Manager Europe, responsible for the corporate compliance matters of the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Austria. In 2016, Pencheva became part of the Northern European team, supporting the Northern European region with business planning and forecasting. Early 2021, Pencheva’s scope of tasks and responsibilities has broadened. Next to her regional focus, she has been involved in various European FP&A Projects, and is responsible for the planning and forecasting of European G&A.

Prior to joining Prologis, Pencheva worked at ATC Corporate Services BV as Senior Financial Account Manager, managing a complex portfolio of more than 70 Dutch holding and financing entities and supervising a small team of Account Managers.

Pencheva holds a MSc degree in Accounting from the University of Amsterdam and has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Accounting and Finance.
