Marijn van den Heuvel

Marijn van den Heuvel is a leasing officer for the Benelux responsible for re-leasing existing properties and future developments within the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as identifying development and investment opportunities in new and existing local markets.

As leasing officer, van den Heuvel contributes to furthering growth and strengthening European operations, acting as a professional business partner for customers, internal stakeholders and external partners. In this role, he cooperates closely with project management, property management and finance.

Before joining Prologis in 2014, he worked as a commercial property manager at CBRE, where he was responsible for the property management of offices, retail and logistics properties across the Netherlands on behalf of national and international investors.

Van den Heuvel holds a master’s in real estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and a bachelor’s in engineering from the Avans University in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
