Martijn Kuijken

Martijn Kuijken is Director, Head of Development Management in the Benelux. In his job – to which he was promoted as of January 1st 2023 – he leads the overall management of developments in the Benelux, overseeing that projects run efficiently, on time and on budget. Of course, while meeting the stringent quality standard Prologis is known for. During his time with Prologis, Kuijken has gained over 600,000 square meters in project development experience.

Kuijken joined Prologis in 2015 as Project Manager Benelux, where he was responsible for project delivery and customer integration. Prior to Prologis he worked for five years at a local project and construction management office in the South of the Netherlands.

Kuijken holds a bachelor’s degree in building engineering and management from Tilburg University.
