Tom Theuws

Tom Theuws is Senior People & Culture Partner at Prologis for Northern & Central Europe. In his work he is in charge of strategic people aspects of the regional and Pan-European teams, supporting a number of departments including Development Management, Accounting, Fund Management, Tax, and Cash Management/Treasury.  

Tom has a background in both psychology and international business and has over 11 years of experience as an organizational psychologist and cultural change manager in a wide range of multinational organisations. His specialties include HR business partnering, coaching, managing cultural change, team development, leadership development, developing and facilitating training programs & workshops and senior stakeholder management.

Prior to joining Prologis in 2021, Tom worked at PwC as Senior Manager People & Organisation Consulting for 8 years. Before that Theuws served as an Assessment Psychologist with AC&T Consulting.

Tom holds double degrees (MSc & BSc) in Work & Organisational Psychology and in International Business.
