Over the years, we’ve been surprising and delighting our customers with innovative, sustainable buildings and award-winning customer service. We have achieved WELL Certified™ Gold for its logistics project DC5 in Prologis Park Tilburg – making it the first fully equipped logistics project worldwide to receive this certificate. The facility was developed with the International WELL Building Institute™ to adapt and adopt WELL for logistics real estate. This certificate focuses on pleasant and healthy work environments.

Satisfaction...

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything with do and we work hard to build long-standing and trusted relationships with our clients. Whether it’s timely delivering innovative, sustainable buildings or supporting our customers with a dedicated, award-winning property management team, we work hard to take care of everything so our customers can concentrate on running their businesses. A great example is the start of a new project for retailer HEMA in Nieuwegein, one of the logistics hotspots in the Netherlands, conveniently situated at the A27.

Promises...

We know our customers need to deliver on their promises, so we work hard to deliver on ours. One of them is to develop energy-efficient buildings that help our customers lower operating costs and reduce their environmental impact. That's why Prologis set a global goal to generate 200 megawatts of solar energy by 2020. Prologis Benelux has the chance to substantially contribute to this with their solar project. To achieve this, we partnered with Sunrock, a large-scale independent solar developer in the Benelux.
