Prologis, leader in logistics real estate, acquired 12,038 square meters of high-quality logistics real estate from Dockx Group. The purchase is in line with Prologis Belgium’s growth strategy.
The logistics facility in Wilrijk, Belgium, is in the most southern district of Antwerp, just 5 kilometers from the city. The business park, which is situated next to the A12, has immediate access to the Antwerp ring road and is the closest industrial complex to the city center. Consequently, the site is perfect for urban distribution.

Dockx Group was looking for a strategic partner for its logistics real estate portfolio to further consolidate warehousing activities for its customers Atlas Copco, Cebeo, Coolblue and its own subsidiaries Dockx Rhenus Archisafe and Dockx Movers as warehousing contractors.
